I caught the end of Lisa Mason last night, what was it about Jacque's call that was so emotional?

I didn't hear it i was working. I must admist it was emotional.. I don't know why I didn't let myself enjoy Lisa M. more as sometimes I think she was too sweet, I noticed a side of her yesterday and keep asking why didn't I recognize it sooner? She is a special lady and genuine to the core.
