I can't believe this just happened........

I've been eyeing the Tarte eye candy shadow wands, and I wanted to see how much they would cost with tax and shipping. So I hit speed buy just to see a total, but I wasn't logged in. So I logged in and it took me to the order confirmation page!! I didn't intend to order them, but it went through. There is no option to cancel, it says "IN PROCESS OF SHIPPING". Its not that big of a deal, since I was thinking about getting them anyway, but still, it seems kind of sneaky to me. Am I the dummy here?
