Sent back a beauty product back in Jan. & it was received back at the Q on the 6th of this month & still hasn't been posted to my acct. I called CS this morning & she said she wd take care of it but still nothing! Then bought a skirt & top, went by all the measurements they always tell you to go by...you know measure here & there & order accordingly, well did that & the stuff swallowed me, so back it went! Well that one has been sitting at our post office here in town for a week & the returns co QVC uses has not even came & picked it up! Post office is closed Monday so you figure it is going to sit another week. I should have paid on my own & sent it. But the one that has been sitting at QVC for 8 days, that is just ridiculous! It has been awhile since I have sent anything back but I didn't remember it taking this long before! Really makes you think twice abt ordering anything from them because if it doesn't work for you, I guess you are stuck with it! Return policy is a joke. Maybe they should mention when they are on air.." you have 30 days if you aren't satisfied with your purchase but good luck on getting your money back!"

I agree. It's taking 3 billing cycles for a refund. Ridiculous

wow, that seems excessively long! On my returns, I think the longest it took for me to get my refund was 5 business day from the time they received it but the few other times it was 3 business days.

Maybe they got swamped with all the returns from Christmas, since you could return products bought all the way back from Sept, until Jan 31?

I find QVC's shipping to be super fast, but I agree that their returns seem to take a long time. However, I feel like you should have had your return by now.

I find that the Q generally processes returns quickly. If the returns are going back to Pennsylvania, then maybe there is a delay due to ice and snow. I know there have been many days over the last few weeks when businesses in that area were closed. Maybe the Q does not require warehouse workers to come in when there are hazardous conditions. UPS and the PO may be backed up too, due to the weather, causing a further delay.

I agree with the slow returns. I returned two products the same day over three weeks ago directly to the warehouse that was to receive them. I got my receipt stamped and initialed but only one of the items has shown up as a refund on my acct. I called customer service and they were no help.

Everything delivered is so slow also! When I order off of other sites including ShopHQ and HSN, I get my order in just a few days! What is going on with QVC taking two weeks to ship out a pair of pants to me?????

I returned something at the end of January and it took 15 days to process. I always.use my own label.

I wonder if people are complaining mainly about the time from when they send it to when it gets processed and not so much QVC's return time from when they actually received it. For example, although QVC processes my returns quickly, it still takes at least 7-10 days just to get to their returns center. But the length of time it takes to reach their return center isn't really under QVCs control. And with all the bad weather in various parts of the country, I bet shipping is even slower than normal.
