I love mine (that I purchased from drugstore.com way cheaper). One of the tips is to put the hair on the back side of the heated center if you want the curl to go forward and on the front side if you want it to curl backwards (does that make sense?) otherwise messy. It takes a while to master and I had to play around with mine for an hour or two before I got ""IT"". This is the VERY best curler for long hair I ever found! AND the curl stays in! Practice makes perfect!
