After over fifteen years of using BE products, and being very loyal to the brand, I am through. I am sick of paying more for less product. I do not know what happened over the past few years. I expect a little of this over time. Not to this degree.

I used to get a huge jar of foundation. Not anymore. Now I get a piece of plastic I do not need, nor want, in place of more foundation. Oh and I am charged more for the piece of plastic. I had a solution a long time ago. I only poke through one hole. I never had spills or issues. Same is true of the shadows. Use a needle and poke a hole through. The blush. I get less and pay more for a piece of plastic. Bisque, same thing. Radiance, same thing.

Speaking of the sahdows. When you used to buy eye shadow kits, you used to get full sized shadows. Now when you buy shadow kits, you get mini shadows. Evident in the holiday kits.

The skin care. The give you new packaging and charge you more. The blemish therapy. I am getting less than half of the product, for not less than half of the price.

I am sick of it. I have never been one of these people who gets mad like this at a company. I just feel more strongly about this since I have been loyal for so long. I deserve better than this for my loyalty. I deserve better than double the price for 3/4 less product. I would not mind paying more for the same amount. I just feel really ripped off when I pay more for less. It does not even make any good sense when I type it out.
