I dont know how many of you ordered the glow+kiss set when it was on the today show last week but i was elated to have ordered it before it was sold out/taken down. i had several jealous family members..... so after a week with no shipment confirmation and no charge to my account i called customer service for them to investigate. bascially they had me on the phone for 12 mintues, and then told me that there was an influx of orders etc....and that i must have ordered it after it sold out and my order was rejected. it was basically too bad so sad. has this happened to anyone else?
