I am amazed- Derma Rolling

I have been using a 1.5 needle derma roller for about a month now and using it about every 3 to 4 days. I have several brown spots on my face and each morning when I put my makeup on I know exactly where each one is and where to apply the concealer. Well this morning I started to apply the concealer where the spot is (was) on my right lower part of my cheek and I couldnt find it? There is a tiny red spot where it used to be??? I thought maybe I had already applied concealer there so I tried to rub it off. Nope, no concealer and no spot. Also my skin is plumper and has a glow even without blush. Right now I am so happy with this derma rolling routine and cant wait to see if the rest of the spots disappear.
