Yes, I did apply it on the lid and used a matte light pink to soften the edges and blend to the browbone and a highlighter in the inside corner.  NO glitter.  I would call it a stain-shimmer.  I think Revlon used to have a color like this decades ago.  In certain lighting you can see a pinkish undertone.
