I Need Help For Peeling Fingernails

Every once in awhile I get a peeling nail or two, but now I have six and I don't know why or how to stop it from getting worse. Any advice would be much appreciated Smile

I used to use Essie as a base coat, but when this became a problem, I switched to Sally Hansen's Miracle Cure. No help there.

It got worse when I ran out of polish remover and grabbed one while in Target (their brand).

What can I use to help stop the peeling?

What's the best base coat?

What's a good polish remover, not too strong?

You ladies here know everything about beauty products and I'm getting desperate Smile
