Because they want your money now. I would suppose it comes out to costing more on their site than when selling it on QVC. Honestly, it rubs me the wrong way when they lie about that kind of stuff. Makes you wonder what else they're lieing about......

If you are an Ulta member(not sure what the program is called), they are having a true 20% off sale. I got an individual one time use code by email and it's working on IT, Lipstick Queen, Mally--I have shopping cart going, lol.
