I just got my first purchase of serum from the TSV.  On the bottle it says, "for oily or normal skin, apply product to eye area only depending on the skin's needs" Now I am confused.  I thought this was for ALL skin types.  I have normal skin with an oiler t-zone.  Why would anyone need such a huge bottle of serum to use on eye area?  Am I missing something or not understanding here??

@bargainsgirl  I have combo / normal skin, I can't use it all over or it clogs my pores due to all the silicones in it, may others have the same issue, if you have dry or super dry skin then your skin may love this.

I tried it years ago and I broke out!!  I have more oily skin than dry; it was not for me.  But I do use other Dr. Denese products.

My derm tells me that people with oiler skin get and/ or show less wrinkles!

I have normal skin, tried the Hydroshield serum several years ago and it was awful - way too siliconey for me.

Ive been using it for years.  My lines have softened and my 11 between my eyes has actually disappeared.  I think its a wonderful product.

@bargainsgirl   I use Hydroshield with no difficulty but like almost every facial product I use, I am very cautious when I work near my eyes.

It's not because I have had any problem specifically with that product but I have so many eye health issues I trust very little beyond my meds in that area.

I have dry/sensitive skin and have tried it a couple of times.  I don't know what it is, but there is something in there that irritates my skin and causes me to break out.

I had never noticed that instruction about the eye area.  It doesn't make any sense.  I suppose you could interpret it to be saying apply to the eye area only if you believe it is needed.  Otherwise skip it.(?). My explanation doesn't make sense either LOL.  I won't let that stop me from loving Hydroshield, and I hope you will love it just as much Ms. honeybuns.

I have been using it for years and I just love it.  And I apply it all over my face, including the eye area.  Heart

Also a first time user of Hydroshield.  Do we really have to "wait 5-7 minutes until it becomes matte)" before applying face lotion?

Yes, it takes that long for all the silicones to absorb, you want the serum to absorb before you apply your lotion
