Is this concept new?  I have some blushes that feel softer in the pan than others.  So maybe it's not new?

I will get this!  A Hydrating Powder blush?  I need that!

I'm sure I've heard other companies say their powder blushes can be used on all types of skin.  I have drier skin and only use a powder blush with no issues.  Maybe it was IT who touts that.  Not sure.

These colors are beautiful but look shiny...    if they have any sparkle I would pass.
