My daughter bought me some Jade rollers you put in the freezer. They feel great but it doesn't work.

The Ordinary Caffeine Serum. It’s budget friendly and it works. Plus you only need a small amount so the bottle lasts. I take 1-2 drops on the tip of my ring finger and split it with the other ring finger, then apply to the under eye area AM & PM. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks and it’s made a difference. I apply my Mad Hippie Eye Cream over it.

I want "bright" undereyes and ordered Tatcha's The Pearl. It will be here tomorrow. Since light brings things forward, will wearing this brightening undereye cream cause my puffiness to be more pronounced? I bought it in the lightest color since I'm a light to med light. Am I over thinking this??
@monicakm The shorter answer is yes. Lighter, brighter creams, concealers will draw attention to the puffiness. The better cosmetic solution is using a concealer in the same shade as your foundation.
Eliminate salt from your diet and sleep on a few pillows to help with the puffiness. If this is inherited, creams will not do very much to lighten/brighten and decrease puffiness. These are usually fatty pockets and/or areas of lost volume under the eyes. I don't know of skincare that will eliminate that.

The Genie product (A38104) works great for me. I use DH as my test and do one eye then ask him which looks better and he has ALWAYS picked the Genie eye. Might work for you too if not send it back. The secret is to use just a tiny amount. I would not be without this product it makes such a difference.

I never apply illuminating or pearlescent type products completely covering my under eye areas. Instead I concentrate those products on the inner-most corners, or line it directly on the dark circles, of the eyes, where it appears the darkest then blend it outwards a bit. Do it with a light application then built on that if you need it.

That's my plan. I've tried in the past to just concentrate on the dark line but always end up with the product outside that line. Teeny-tiny brush is the answer.

under eye puffiness is due to a little fat pad there. I have those myself. No discoloration just the puffies--- I like PTR fx too. If I had a money tree I would have them taken care of. I usually use bisque right under my lash line and then brush around the puffy area but not over it. Seems to work.
