Hubby's Hair is Growing Back?!

My hubby and I recently starting using Wen. He had a blading spot on the top of his head. Since using wen, he has noticed hair starting to grow in that spot again?! Can someone explain why this is happening? Also, is there a wen type that is best for helping this along?
