How would you use Cold Plasma WITH the 2 TSV items?

Would you use BEFORE or AFTER? Or?  Anyone know?

Cold Plasma goes first, according to the product Protocol. Your package should have included that brochure, outlining the different categories and the order they are to be used. If not, you can go back into the product information section on QVC. Someplace above the review, there is a link called Protocol. I refer to that brochure a lot, because it can become quite confusing which goes first of any of Perricone's items. Also, it has been suggested that you put the lightest product on first (such as serums), and continue up until the thickest product (moisturizers).

The vendor's presenter said to use cold plasma first .
