How to use Lightstim

I want to use Lightstim for my under eyes , elevens and crows feet. The great before and after photos are around the eyes. My question is....how do I get it close enough to my eyes without harm? I have tried the goggles and I still see light and they're difficult to use anyway. QVC demonstrations that I've seen are only on the cheek, side of eyes and forehead . Thank you to anyone who can tell me how to do a better job at this.....
