How to Apply Revlon Photoready Mousse Fdtn?

I loved the old photoready liquid fdtn, so I thought I should give this one a try. I use my hands to apply most of my liquid fdtns and sponge for creamy ones. So far I tried both way to apply this one but I can't seem getting a good coverage and lasting result. Plus it seems drying my skin out as well...Anybody wants to share their secret if they like and use this fdtn?
