Does anyone else use more than 1 mascara at a time?

I ALWAYS use 2 different mascaras-

1 with a tiny thin brush to get to the base of my lashes and build volume AND

1 with a big fluffy brush to lengthen and seperate.

2 light coats of mascara work well for me, no more flaking or smudges.

I just use one, Prescriptives False Eyelashes. It works great.

No, my L'Oreal Voluminous works fine on its own. I also toss mascara after 3 months, so I stay w/ a drugstore brand. There are many mascaras that lengthen & volumize. Why use 2?

I also have just one at a time.  I switch brands...currently using Voluminous Millions Lashes....I think it's L'Oreal.  No different than any other...I don't see millions of lashes lol!

@ShanusYes!  I always throw mine out too after 3 months.  I always start with new mascara in Jan then toss every quarter.

I also date the packages when I buy them to make sure I use them first in first out.  (I buy when on sale)

My Mom (89....Bless her heart) prides herself on never "buying" a mascara. Being a frequent customer at her Lancôme counter (especially for their Lift & Firm Cream, that's another story), she always asks for sample mascaras as she passes by. 

I'm not sure how fresh they are or if used on the displays & she's had several bouts of pink eye...most likely from old mascara!!

I date all my MU when I open it - if it isn't used up in 6 months it gets tossed. Generally though I use up my MU because I don't buy multiples of things.

I always used 2 - a waterproof then a second volumizing.  However since I started using Maly's volumizing waterproof again that's all I need.

I use 3 mascaras. L'Oreal in different formulas and on my bottom lashes I use a Clinique mascara designed especially for the lower lashes. It's worth it.....
