I have long thick hair almost down to my butt and have been using 1 (full) pump for my 1st cleanse and 1 (full) pump for my 2nd cleanse. I know it is recommended for me to use 3 pumps for each, but it seems like so much. I worry I am not using enough but my hair feels clean and I have been sharing with my sister for about a week and the gallon is already 1/3rd gone! I feel like I am doing something wrong because at this rate, it is not even going to last both of us a month!

Am I supposed to push the gallon pump ALL the way down each time?

How long does the gallon usually last for you guys?

I still have to wash my hair everyday too even if I feel like I dont need it. How long do you think the gallon will last us if we wash everyday and 2 pumps a day?
