How is MAC Mineralize Skin Finish?

Is it good to use as a foundation? I prefer powder foundation that has medium to heavier coverage. Right now I use LG Bal n Br in Fair or PF Healthy Wear Foundation.

I have light to medium skin, so I was looking at the light/med shade. How do the shades run?
