I wish you can just quote without having to reply and then click quote to include the quote. Kind of an extra unecessary step.

I don't like that when we are replying we can't see the whole thread because sometimes I need to refer to something that I am responding to and can't.

I wish we didn't get logged out so quickly.

I do not like the forums in this new format at all! I cannot go to " my activity" and see if I have any responses to a post I wrote! You can't follow the flow of a thread.
The old saying " if it ain't broke...don't fix it" . Certainly applies here ten times over!

I don't like this at all. I like when I could just click on to my activity at the top of the page. Now, I can't find my posts I posted or ones I posted under.

I have no idea how to find them or do much of anything else.

I really really don't like this new format at all!

Sorry QVC - this is TERRIBLE.  Visually, it looks like a 12 year old with little to no computer experience designed it.

I think a message board for a shopping channel should not require a learning curve. QVC is unwatchable these days (for many reasons) so I check these boards regularly to find out what was being sold and the various opinions.  Often, based on these opinions, I would buy an item.  No more. 

I have (and still do) belong to various Message Boards and from the moment you long in, you feel at home.  Again, I should not have to get instructions on how to use this Board.  It should be obvious.

What were they thinking???

Over the years I've worked with many different programs and with changes to almost all of them; however, this is one of the messiest forums I've ever seen. This is the most unfriendly changes I've ever seen. It's really sad. I see this as an invitation to go elsewhere to find a normal, friendly forum. It's really bad. I've got better things to do than to mess around in this swampland.

I agree. I'm not opposed to change and had been looking forward to new features to be perfectly honest. I don't think that it's difficult to use this new forum. But I don't like it. I don't like sorting past hundreds of uninteresting posts to find topics pertaining to the beauty brands I want to read about. I don't like the look or layout. It's an unpleasant forum to me.

I used to come on here, read, browse products...read more, make a purchase...but now I find myself logging on and immediately leaving the QVC website because don't like the forum. I don't have time in my day to read through this many unfiltered posts to find one or two posts about the brand I am interested in.. So I have noticed that in the last two days I've soent a fraction of the time I normally spend at QVC.com.

The forums are good for their business - once we are here we shop. So hopefully they take consideration of the suggestions that customers are making....

Hate it!  Very user unfriendly.  Too much work.  For instance, when I click on this topic, I get a pagfe full of replies instead of other threads.  WHy can't I just click on the thread to get all the replies?  I shouldn't have to page down several times to get a new thread.  All my replies are too hard to find.  Should be able to just find the most recent reply first just like before, instead of this mess.  Very frustrated with it.
