How do you clean your eyeshadow brushes?

I've purchases some eyeshadow brushes and realized that when I applied a lighter shadow color than the time before the color from the previous application was still on there. What's the best way to clean the shadow color off the brush to apply a different color next time? Would a baby wipe work?
