How do I use RapidLash?

Do I just put it on the base of the lashes or brush it through like mascara?

It says to put it on cleans lashes, no eye cream - so do I put my eye cream on afterwards?

Have you ever gotten it in your eye? Does it sting?

Please make any other helpful suggestion too.
