. 1) go to your profile settings by clicking on your nickname at the top of the page.
2) lower left --"quick links"
3) Click on "personal profile"
4) Down left side choose "Personal information"

For now, I have left The following blank:

first name/

last name/

title/

Web page/

Private notes.

 

Don't want to step on any toes here.  Feel free to correct these.  I needed to practice...
