How do I get the fall seasonal?

Could someone please explain the whole insider thing to me? I started ordering from QVC last October and still get a bit confused by OTO's, TSV's and some other QVC lingo. I KNOW This FAS CC will be a favorite. FGP was my favorite scent of all the CC's and I want to order The Apple. Is there a number? Do I have to wait till 8/31? SO want it especially after reading the reviews! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
