How can this be?????

From the April Insider, I ordered the Edward Bess foundation. I went to check on it and was informed they shipped it but are no longer carrying the foundation. How can this be? It hasen't even been presented on air yet. This is supposed to be a brand new product. I'm not getting the "Q" these days....
