there are two reviews, one saying she has used it for years?
Is this really new?

It used to be called Perfect Prep Under Eye Brightener...same thing.

Maybe it's new as a duo instead of a single product?

Anyone use and like this? She said it's not a concealer. Kind of confused.

I've learned that all the makeup lines must keep coming out w/ different products to compete with other lines and keep us purchasing.
Most are redundant, unnecessary and come with the promises of perfection & youth.
It's up to us, as the consumer, to determine how many lighteners, brightners, concealers, redness removers we need to own. Unfortunately, no one is ever satisfied with who we see in the mirror. These companies are banking on this...literally!

What is with Mally's wild, long hair? I really did not see a big difference when she was using the product on the models. Mally loves to talk and distract you from what is going on. No, thanks.

Your statement is very wise. Unfortunately, I am a marketers dream with a stockpile of beauty products.

To me it appears to be like a light and sheer product which would not give complete coverage for dark circles. Seems like it would just lighten your dark circles and you would still need a concealer.
I use Becca's Undereye Brightening Correcter which, to me, seems like a similar product only Becca has slight illumination and Mally's does not.

Yes, the hair is a distraction for sure. But, no way would anyone come near my face and eyes (especially) with those long pointy fingernails. Fear!
BTW, how do you post in color?
