How can I order new colors of "Share the Love" Mally?

I am new to ordering on the Q. I had a friend suggest Mally to me and I have order nearly everything Mally. I love the Share the Love kit. If I order another one, not A-D, after the next shipment of new colors come, will I get the new colors too? or will it just be the original one all over? Thanks!
