Hi all!

Am I alone in this, or does a 32oz. bottle last you considerably longer than two 16oz. bottles?

I use the same amount of product in theory, but from a 32oz. I use 8 pumps of CC as opposed to 16 pumps from a 16oz (which makes sense because the bigger bottle is twice the size so I need half the amount).

For some reason the 32oz. big bottle lasts me around 6-7 weeks, whereas two 16oz. bottles only last me 4 - it's really strange!

I'm trying to switch out all my bottles now to 32oz. since they last for SO much longer, and I was wondering if anyone else goes out of their way to buy this size for the same reason.

So, back to my question: which lasts longer for you, a 32oz. bottle on its own, or two 16oz. bottles?

Well, I have a whole wall of WEN bottles in my shower and alternate depending on my mood that day .... so some will last longer than others. No way to tell if the difference in the size is making any difference .... sorry.

You and I both - my bathroom looks like that picture of Chaz's bathroom with all the bottles

I only use each scent for a week at a time, but even if I were to use one consecutively it would still last me forever in the 32oz.

Very interesting question. I have mostly just 16 oz. bottles of Wen and I am not sure of how long they last since I don't use the same formulas everyday. I currently have SHP, SAM and 613 in my shower. Although, I will sometimes substitute another core formula, fig, tea tree or POM for SAM. I like to use a variety of different formulas on a regular basis.

It sounds like the 32 oz. size lasts you almost twice as long or at least a considerable amount longer than a 16 oz. size. I have no explanation for this. Maybe someone else can offer you some suggestions.

You aren't actually using the same amount from each 1 oz of WEN is 10 pumps from the 16oz bottle and 6 pumps from the 32oz bottle. To use as much from the 32oz bottle as you do from the 16oz bottle, you would need to use almost 10 pumps from the 32oz. So just based on that you are getting a bit over 4 extra cleanses from the 32oz bottle compared to 2-16oz bottles. If you aren't letting the pump come back up all the way between pumps, you're using even less. No reason you can't just use less from the 16oz, but if the 32oz bottles make it more convenient, go for it!

I wouldn't know. I have several 32 oz. bottles open at the same time and just replace as needed.

Two 16oz bottles! (Although this is pretty close to my CC usage...I cleanse 2x per week but my hair soaks it up and I need more than the recommended amount).

I forgot to add that I switch out formulas every week and I have about 10 of them in rotation, so really they WOULD last me 4 weeks if I used them consecutively, but obviously they last way longer than that since I switch them out all the time

But to answer your question I wash my hair every other day
