Hourglass is a great line. Their mineral veil primer is a cult favorite and works amazingly well. Their ambient powders are amazing too.

RE: Ambient Powder ~~ Does "subtle shimmer" mean frosty-ish? I'm so tired of getting products that claim not to be frosty, yet they are. Was just reading reviews on Sephora and "subtle shimmer" was used it describe it several times.
There are such raves about this -- is it really that different? The hoopla reminds me of when Touche Eclat was introduced. That really WAS unique -- and I still think in a class by itself.

I'm glad to hear so many good reviews! Thanks.

Thanks for all your comments. I might have to look into a few of their items. I'm practically interested in the lipstick line. I'll be doing more research. Thanks again.

I use the Immaculate Foundation and Veil foundations. I have the Primer for oily skin. I also have a few brushes, which are great. This works for me well. I have acne prone skin and my skin has responded well to the products. I still need to try the new blushes. I uses Bobbi Brown blushes and I have not problems.

I love the Immaculate foundation, its the only one I have tried over the years that does not inflame my skin

I just got home from traveling for a week. I forgot to pack my foundation brush. I had the Immaculate liquid to powder foundation with me, and just smooshed it between my hands like moisturizer and applied to my face. OMGosh it gave such a nice "your skin but better" finish. Will never use a brush with this foundation again.
