Hoping for some help with which shade to choose!

I have worn LG's BnB in medium for years and rec'd the recent TSV (and like it) but something about Tarte keeps pulling me in. I have to try it or this obsession will never end! I am wondering if I should go light to medium or medium in the Tarte Amazionian Clay Airbrush Powder Foundation. Any input from the experts? Will order the Tarte and decide between the LG TSV or the Tarte! Thanks ladies!!!
