I bought HIAJ years ago. It was more a trial size, smaller then the regular sized jar. I loved the texture, almost like it was whipped. But as time went by, it hardened, and I didn't even get to finsh the small jar. Never bought a larger one for that reason. If it changed in so short a time, I wasn't interested anymore.

I remember when Oprah had this Hope in a Jar on her Favorites list.  Everyone was buying it.  I believe it's a alot of hype at a price.
