Hope in a Jar (Soupy)

Has anyone received the super size Hope in a Jar when it arrived soupy. The last jar I received was like a bowl of soup. It was not thick lot the shipment I received prior to that. I have sent it back but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same type of situation with the watery moisturizer? Thanks.
