Hope In A Jar - New Formulation???

To those other HIAJ users out there.....I just started a new jar and my skin doesn't seem to like it anymore. My skin is no where near as moisturized as it was (I've used this for at least 5 years) and I actually had a small breakout.

Has anyone else gotten this impression, that it just ain't what it used to be? Or am I just having a bad skin day?
