Hi Ladies,
Got some La Mer samples from Bloomingdales this weekend. Never in a million years did I think I'd try this line. Completely out of my price range. And, quite frankly, I think over-hyped. I've read reviews of this stuff on multiple websites and beauty blogs. I know that some swear by it, but many say there are similar products with similar ingredients at a MUCH lesser price.
BUT, ladies, BUT---I tried it. I've tried it for the past two days. Morning and night. And today I was driving in the car, came to stoplight in bright daylight, flipped down my mirror, and HOLY MOLEY?! My skin looked CLEAR. Radiant. I did nothing different with my MU. Nothing. The only difference has been trying the La Mer Serum (forget the actual name of this one) and the cream.
I am going to continue to use the samples I have until they run out. And see what happens. I have mostly dry skin, with mild-moderate Rosacea and large pores. The occasional hormonal pimple. And ladies, today was the first time in a long time that I looked at my skin and said WOW.
Is it possible? After only a few tries? Any experiences with La Mer?
TIA
