Lancome.  About as efficacious as tap water.

I guess I would have to go with Drunk Elephant as well.

Lancome tests on animals.  ALL of their products are heavily scented. Would NEVER buy anything from them.

Gosh, I am so gullible and have tried so many. The first ones that come to mind: TATCHA, got their eye cream and my eyes watered and burned so badly that I had to stop using it even though it seems to be well liked by so many; IT, I think at one time I got everything they offered, until I realized they were the cause of milia breakouts; philosophy, the only thing I use from them now is Purity cleanser, their night/day creams--no matter how they preach when "hope is not enough", they did nothing for me; Origins, I really wanted to like this line but my skin didn't. I did like the PRAI neck cream. My skin seems to love Sunday Riley products although my budget doesn't, and it seems to do very well with Peter Thomas Roth products, probably the line I use most often.

My mother always wore Oil of Olay products and she had such beautiful skin. She grew up on a farm, out in the sunlight much of her day, so I'm sure she never used any skincare products until in her 20s. I didn't inherit her skin so I don't believe there's much hope in any jars for me.

For me it is not a particular line, but trying to use any and all of these things that promise too much.  High end to low, putting a lot of things on my skin, especially anything that exfoliates or "eliminates wrinkles" etc.

Using most of this stuff simply irritates my skin and it goes from bad to worse.  What has helped?  DIET!  That has cleared up most of the issues.

Stay simple, basic, good products, not a lot of things that irritate my skin.  Not throwing a lot of irritating product on my face.

My face is now better than ever, calm and no issues.  Nothing is going to make a dramatic difference for me but just seems to make it worse, look for something to fix the problem then that makes it worse too.

Elemis...tried a kit and very disappointing...did nothing that was claimed.

I also stopped purchasing DRMTGY products. I liked what they did (especially the SPFs) but my complaint is they're all packaged in similar white  comtainers w/ tiny black print. When I'm doing my skincare, my glasses are not on and all the white bottles looked the same.
