I just had to open up a dispute for herroom(dot)com in Pay Pal. Has anyone else had problems with them taking your money and never sending your item? I've tried contacting them three times. Twice by email and once by phone. The one time I got through on the phone, the lady was really rude. She seemed upset that I was calling to find out why I never received an item that they say shipped 17 days earlier. I think that was long enough to wait. Don't you?
