Help with sunscreen/sunblock

I am looking for some suggestions for sunscreen/sunblock. The ones I've tried are too emollient and make my skin shine. I use BB Skin foundation. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't last the day on me. It also got shiny. I tried using the foundation without the sunscreen and found that it worked perfectly. So, I need to find a sunscreen to put underneath my foundation that will not shine, doesn't change my foundation color and is good for sensitive type skin. Since I am fair/light, I prefer a higher spf and one that is good for uva/uvb. Thanks in advance.
