Help with makeover, please

Hello: I've been reading these discussions and would ask for some assistance. I need to find a new foundation and blush. I am 59 years old, very pale and my skin is a bit dry. I have recently used Armani and then went to Skinn (from Shopnbc), and neither have worked well. I would be interested in recommendations. Thanks for your help.
