Help with frizz

Hi. It's summer and it's humid and I have frizz!!! Actually, I have frizz all year long but it is worse in summer. I have tried anti-frizz products with no luck. I have used Aveda's Smooth Infusion line and it didn't work for me. My hair usually looks pretty good in the morning right after styling. Within a few hours when I check out my hair I look like I have another layer of hair (frizz) above my hair on my head. It is hard to describe. Anyways, I don't like how it looks. Any ideas to help me? Thanks.
