These are skin colored bumps. They aren't red and they aren't pimples. Sometimes I can get a hard seed like thing out of them. I think it is old hardened sebum maybe. Sometimes white stuff comes out when squeezed. The white stuff looks like maybe skincream or sunscreen. It isn't infection or puss.

I use Proactive at night and Murad's acne gel in the AM.

Do you know what I can use to get rid of them?
