Help with Nu Face ...

Im trying it for the first time tonight..

I dont feel anything happening .. how do you know if you have it on the right setting?

I started with the lowest setting ? then hit the + to the second setting.. How do you know if its working ? and how many beeps do you usually hear till you know you are using it correctly ?
