Help ...what was the Philosophy TSV?

Hi ,,,I was just reading a thread about people being happy again with the scents lasting longer in this TSV. Can anyone tell me what is in it or an item number? I have had problems in the past with the scent and decided not to order anymore, but this has me thinking I might try it again. Do you all think they have upgraded their quality?
