Help! "In transit to UPS" for a WEEK! my wen oto

Has this happened to anyone? I'm worried I won't get it!!  At the moment UPS says they do not have it yet, and Q says they cannot intervene until the 21st!  I ordered it June 6!  It's the 3 piece summer seasonal which is no longer available.. ugh

Mine was in transit for about a week, but was delivered today. First impression of CLV is favorable!
