Help please, bags under eyes.......

I recently lost almost 50 pounds and now have bags under my eyes. Dermatologist suggested it was allergies, NOT! Her only suggestion was an optholmolic plastic surgeon. Do not want surgery. Has anyone tried something that really worked? Purchased Preparation H but have not had the nerve to use it.
