Help me remember....Philosophy Superbeautiful Foundation

I used this a while ago, but have been using the powder lately. I am wondering..can't remember if it would work to cover some slight redness/darkness around the eye area??? Help....TIA!!!

Edited to add....went on a concealer search yesterday and tried a bunch..just wasn't happy how they made my undereye area look...I have a problem with dryness and remember this foundation was nice...just looking for something to take away a bit of the redness and give a brighter look to the area....I can't use the Supernatural powder under the eye.
