I love Kerastase but I can't continue to spend almost a hundred dollars on shampoo/conditioner every 45 or so days. I need to find a less expensive alternative. I'm not opposed to the prestige brands at Ulta because most of those are still cheaper than Kerastase. No WEN....my hair just doesn't like it. My hair is color treated (single process permanent,) somewhat fine, and dry. Suggestions are appreciated!

A few months ago, I started using biolage. I had been using pantene, and my hair had gotten very dry and just yuck. I do like the biolage, have used the shampoo and conditioner for colored hair, as well as the hydrating biolage.

I love the Alterna Cavier shampoo

I use the moisture shampoo formula (they have several ) and I use Wen as a conditioner 

they sell a small travel size at Ulta if you want to try it

@StillRachB  I discovered an inexpensive gem at Ulta last fall.  HASK Argon Oil Shampoo and Conditioners.  My hair is thin, fine, curly, and unruly.  It really likes these products!  While I don't use it every time I shampoo, I  use it most times.   I'm grateful for the product and the price!

I use WEN, but before I used WEN I used Biolage conditioners with Living Proof's Restore shampoo.

I love Theorie shampoo and conditioner - used to get it on Evine, but can find it at TJ Maxx for around $17 for a 24 oz bottle- sometimes they have some on clearance.  The suds are frothy and gentle, not stripping.  My hair has never grown so fast as when I started using this.  I put conditioner just on my ends - the shampoo you can get in Green Tea, Argan - and many other varieties.

I like to switch between shampoos and conditioners.  Now that my hair is a bit longer, I find I have the best results when I switch every couple of days.    I have color treated hair, fine / wavy.

I use John Frieda Sheer Blonde, Go Blonder, Volume and Dream Curls

Loreal (various .... for shine, for volume, for color) - the for shine is particularly nice.

LOVE (I have never 'loved' a shampoo or conditioner)

Beekman 1802  Ylang Ylange & Tuberose.  I am, in my 70's a begiing to

experience , thinning, breakage and loss.  I would say I habe 90% 

improvement.  And the fragrance is soooooooooooo  wonderful.

I purchased the soap and body cream.  

What I also like, and so does my budget is that even though it is pricey

a little goes a long way!   I no longer feel that awful coating on my hair

after using the conditioner.  In the summer I swim  almost everyday

and the shampoo (a small amount does the job!)

I love watching them on Evine, especially when they bring if baby goats.

Oh yes I forgot to say the products are all from goat milk.

Sulfate Free & Baraben Free.   Has same PH as human.  NOTTESTED

ON ANIMALS.  

They make no medical claims but you will hear callers with eczema, dermatitis

and other skin problems saying their skin has improved. My granddaughter has

eczema and was constantly using a steriod cream ....not a good thing.  So I

figured what the heck...odered the soap for her and she has not needed

the steriod cream for over a year.
