Hello,

I wear glasses and have small eyes with a hooded eyebrow.  What is the best way to apply shadow and how many colors.

Thank you,

Re: Help from a makeup artist

@29palmsgal. I think eye makeup for wearing glasses is more important than whether your lid is hooded or not. It's probably not as noticeable to others as to you w/ glasses on. Keep the lid color in light colors to bring that area forward. Be sure to do your brows and use liner to give your eyes definition.

As far as trying to "fake" a crease w/ darker shadow? It always looks just that, "fake" IMO. Try a flesh toned shadow in the crease area and a bit above that to give the eye depth.

Thank you for bringing this up, I suggested vendors give some hints when selling.

I understand there is a difference if your lens are for near or far side.

I know you can wade through you tube videos. Endless videos.
