my mother had really beautiful hands. she could have been a hand model.  she used a cheap olive oil on her hands and rubbed it in every day

I  also commute five days a week and have made it a habit to apply spf to my hands after I pack up my things at the end of my workday when I'm about to head home.

 

I also keep hand cream in my desk at work and apply some every time I come back from washing my hands. My hands still look pretty good.

I keep a mineral sunscreen stick in my car and apply to my hands when I get in the car.  I've already applied a spf 50 to all exposed skin in the morning, but it gets washed off my hands very quickly.  I also have Brush on Block sunscreen powder to renew the spf on my face.  Hope you find something that works well for you!
