Help With Foundation...Please!

I am getting ready to order Capture Totale Foundation from Sephora. I need help ordering the right color. I have a Medium complextion. Kind of on the darker side of medium. I have a tiny bit of redness on my cheeks. I can't wear Laura Geller B&B at all. Have tried many different colors. They all looked muddy and yellow on me. I am currently using Bobbi Browm Cream Foundation Stick in Honey. I also use Dior DiorSkin Nude Natural Glow Crème-Gel Makeup SPF 20 - Medium Beige 030 . Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA
